Ao Phang Nga
Measuring over 40 km across at it widest point, Thailand’s largest and arguably most beautiful bay contains at least 156 islands and many estuaries linked by a vast maze of khlongs. Fishing villages emerge from the mangroves as the craggy massifs stand dramatically, and in abundance, over the sheltered teal water.
These are some of the reasons why practically every travel agent in Phuket and Krabi sell day tours of Ao Phang Nga.
